"Staff at Thomas Cook Doncaster"

I stayed at Thomas Cook Doncaster for a 2 week Work Experience from the 30/01/12 - 10/02/12, and i can honestly say i 'loved' it. Everyone is so kind, always have a smile on their faces and always work to their full potential.

I did originally want to be an Air Hostess, so i went to Thomas Cook to gain that little bit more experience of Travel. But i gained more then just experience, i gained friends. I loved being there so much that i hope to do my Apprenticeship there.

I have learnt:

-That being a Travel Agent is alot harder then i thought.

-That not every customer has the same holiday.

-Airport codes, destination codes.

-How to book a holiday.

I gained:

-Great friends

-Good customer service skills

-Experience of work life

I could go on forever.

I do believe that anyone who is into Travel and Tourism to go to Thomas Cook Doncaster for their Work Experience. I can't wait to go back for the Apprenticeship and learn more..
