"Invisible"

Went to visit Doncaster stand today about getting a couple of items printed on to.

for about 10minutes I was there and the young girl behind the counter did not acknowledge me at all till I ask her a question.

She hardly spoke to me. She only said it would cost this amount and that was it. I told her what it was for and if I could have a pen and paper to write what I wanted on it. She then said she could not do that and come back later after she had asked her manager if she could put on the shirt and hoodie what I wanted.

I did not go back to see what the manager said.

Was very bad customer service today.

I had visited the store a few year ago and the staff was fantastic back then.

Please train your staff to acknowledge customers and to be more help full!.
